HighPermit complexity

Section C crosses several high-demand provincial and national parks. Build the campground sequence first, keep alternate nights and exits available, and verify every reservation system before committing transportation. Most of Section C requires designated camping and permits. Random camping is limited to specific BC portions such as Height of the Rockies and Wolverine Pass; verify the current GDTA and land-manager rules before relying on random camping.
